The layout is tightly planned to maximize function within a compact footprint, with each zone clearly defined while maintaining openness. Clean lines, durable finishes, and integrated storage keep the space efficient without adding complexity.

Delivered from design through permit to construction, the project was completed in six months. The result is a compact, high-performing secondary space - practical, flexible, and built for real use.
