This project involved converting an underutilized room into a fully functional new bathroom while simultaneously renovating an existing bathroom within the same home. The client required to stay strictly within budget and timeline.

Tse Design Co. handled the project end-to-end—from space planning and material coordination to construction execution—carefully optimizing layouts to accommodate specific features without compromising on aesthetics. Both bathrooms were designed to be clean, durable, and easy to maintain, using timeless finishes and thoughtful details.

Despite the complexity of adding a new bathroom and upgrading another, the entire project was completed in just one month, demonstrating our ability to deliver efficient, well-coordinated renovations under tight constraints.
